You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckyyi login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
luckyyi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
luckyyi reserves the right to verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
luckyyi accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. luckyyi does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your luckyyi account are held in a segregated player funds account, separate from the Company's operating funds, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the luckyyi platform without the prior written consent of luckyyi.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckyyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if luckyyi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
luckyyi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their luckyyi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luckyyi does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luckyyi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
luckyyi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
luckyyi implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and luckyyi cannot guarantee absolute data security.
luckyyi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luckyyi will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the luckyyi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact luckyyi's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. luckyyi will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, luckyyi is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures.
